Customer Service Center – LPG Ordering procedure
Easigas has a dedicated Customer Service Center to handle all order requests for LPGas in cylinders or in bulk supply.
The Customer Service Center is available between 08:00 am and 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
After-hour queries and service can be obtained by dialing our contact number and following the voice prompts.

All orders must be placed with our Customer Service Centre before 1:30 pm daily.
Bulk deliveries will be delivered 48hours from the date and time of order depending on the tank level and consumption when the order was placed.
Please ensure that you have the following details readily available when placing an order with our Customer Service Centre:
- Customer Name
- Account Number
- Delivery Site Address
- Quantity being ordered
- Order Number
- Current Gauge Reading (Bulk Tank Orders)
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all orders are placed on time with our Customer Service Centre to ensure that the orders are delivered promptly.
