Easigas is a leading South Africa and Botswana-based Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPGas) company.
We have been supplying, distributing and marketing LPGas in Southern Africa to domestic, commercial, and industrial markets for more than 40 years.
Our reliable supply model is secured by our extended access to four refineries and three import terminals.
We have a network of 30+ filling plants and strategic storage facilities across Southern Africa and use a widespread distribution model to provide LPGas to customers in South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, and Eswatini.
Our expertise and customer-driven service levels have helped us cement long term mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and distributors across the region.
Easigas is 55% and 45% owned by Rubies Energie (France) and Reatile Group (South Africa). We are a proudly BBBEE Level 1 company, and we are ISO 9001:2015 standards compliant.

Customer Service Center – LPG Ordering procedure
Easigas has a dedicated Customer Service Center to handle all order requests for LPGas in cylinders or in bulk supply.
The Customer Service Center is available between 08:00 am and 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
After-hour queries and service can be obtained by dialing our contact number and following the voice prompts.

All orders must be placed with our Customer Service Centre before 1:30 pm daily.
Bulk deliveries will be delivered 48hours from the date and time of order depending on the tank level and consumption when the order was placed.
Please ensure that you have the following details readily available when placing an order with our Customer Service Centre:
- Customer Name
- Account Number
- Delivery Site Address
- Quantity being ordered
- Order Number
- Current Gauge Reading (Bulk Tank Orders)
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all orders are placed on time with our Customer Service Centre to ensure that the orders are delivered promptly.
