Returns and Refunds

  1. How do I return an order?
    To return an order, please contact the distributor directly (distributor contact details are available on the proof of payment) or log a query on the EASIGAS home delivery App.
  2. What is EASIGAS’ return and refund policy for home delivery?
    1. General Note:
      • This policy does not affect your statutory related to faulty or defective products;
      • Proof of purchase will need to be established before a return can be accepted;
      • Please note that there is a distinction between LPG and the cylinder;
    2. Right to Cancel
      • You have the right to cancel an order for any reason within 1 hour of placing the order.
      • To exercise this right to cancel you can either:
        (a) Call the distributor directly, distributor contact details are available on the proof of payment; or
        (b) Cancel the order on the App

      • We will not charge you for order cancellation, or where you have already paid we will reimburse you the price you paid for the gas (including any applicable surcharges), subject to the deductions, which may include the collection of cylinder /gas order/s from you, or exclusions below.
      • Other charges such as delivery/customer collection charges are non-refundable.
    3. Returning faulty cylinders and Refunds
      • A faulty cylinder can present in any of the following signs:
        • Faulty valve
        • Cylinder leaking
        • An empty cylinder after opening a seal
        • Visible damaged cylinder threads
      • You can return a faulty cylinder within 10 (ten) calendar days from order.
      • To return a faulty cylinder, you can either contact the distributor directly on the details appearing from your proof of payment to arrange or log a query on the EASIGAS Home Delivery App for an EASIGAS agent to collect the faulty cylinder.
      • We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of negligent handling by you. Negligent handling is that which goes beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonable for normal LPG cylinder use.
      • We will make the reimbursement within 14 calendar days after the day we receive back the goods supplied or, if earlier, 14 calendar days after the day evidence is provided that the gas and cylinder have been returned.
      • The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
    4. I have received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
