"I commenced my journey at EASIGAS in April 2011 as a plant operator in a permanent role. During my tenure, I actively participated in various learning programs generously provided by EASIGAS to all permanent staff. My dedication led me to pursue a Business Administration course, which subsequently opened doors for me to apply for the Depot Administrator's role. I was honoured to be appointed as the Senior Depot Administrator. In 2017, an exciting opportunity arose when a Depot Supervisor position became available at our Nigel depot. I eagerly applied and successfully secured the position, resulting in my promotion to Depot Supervisor at the Nigel location. Presently, I am pursuing a Generic Management course offered by EASIGAS, and I am optimistic that this additional training will unlock further avenues for career growth and advancement."

"I embarked on my journey with EASIGAS in 2009 through the prestigious Shell Graduate program. This comprehensive recruitment process spanned numerous tertiary institutions across the country, selecting promising candidates to be placed in various Shell business units. The program was designed to provide a holistic experience, allowing participants to explore two or three distinct roles within the company. Each role presented a wide array of challenging responsibilities and offered invaluable mentoring and coaching to oversee our professional development. This enriching program spanned three years."

"In 2006, I commenced my journey at EASIGAS as a Services Administrator. After two years, I transitioned to the role of Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, and within another two years, I earned a well-deserved promotion to a position in the Human Resources department."

"In 2014, I successfully completed my matriculation but faced financial constraints that prevented me from pursuing my dream of studying law. Over the next two years, I diligently searched for employment or a suitable learnership opportunity without any luck. In August 2016, I decided to actively seek employment, and fate led me to EASIGAS, where I was fortunate to be granted the opportunity to participate in an Unemployment learnership program that lasted for a year. This learnership focused on studying Freight handling in logistics of dangerous goods at NQF level 3. During this program, I spent three weeks at the workplace, gaining hands-on experience by rotating through various departments. Additionally, I spent one week at NOSA Logistics to further enhance my knowledge."
