DSTV Delicious 2024 tickets Competition
The Promoter is Easigas (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in terms of the South African Companies Act, 2008 as amended, under company registration number: 1981/003430/07, whose registered office is at Gate 5, Hibiscus Ave, Alrode 1451 (“the Promoter”).
The Promotion is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”) and by entering this competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Who can enter?
- Entry is only available to persons who are 18 years or older on validation of identity (ID or passports).
- Employees, officers, and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible.
- Only entries received via Easigas Facebook and or Instagram pages will be accepted.
- How to Enter
- Visit the Easigas Facebook and or Instagram pages. Locate the post relating to this competition, then Like the Easigas Page, Share the post, and tag a friend.
- Promotion is only applicable to people Like the Easigas Page, Share the post, and tag a friend.
- The promotion runs from Wednesday 18 September around 14:30 to Thursday19 September at 16:00 (the competition period).
- No late entries will be accepted.
- The promotion period ends at 4pm 19 September 2024.
- Winners will be contacted via the social media page they made entry on to provide their phone details by Friday 20 September
- The Prize
- Entrants will win the following prizes:
General Access tickets
1 of 4 General Access double tickets to the DStv delicious festival for Saturday (8 in total)
1 of 4 General Access double tickets to the DStv delicious festival for Sunday (8 in total)
- Entrants will win the following prizes:
- Notification and claiming the Prize.
- Winners will be randomly selected from all entries received and verified by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
- Following the draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant on Social Media.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize on Friday 20 September 11am, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and redirect it to the next eligible entrant/s.
- The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
- General
- The competition runs from 18 September to 19 September 2024
- The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the promotion.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Easigas (Pty) Ltd (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
- Easigas (Pty) Ltd collects claimants’/entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to the collection and processing of his/her personal information for purposes of this competition. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant/entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion.
- Easigas (Pty) Ltd will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to Easigas (Pty) Ltd for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law.
- Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to the agents facilitating this Promotion.
