DStv Delicious 2023 Tickets Competition
The Promoter is EASIGAS (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in terms of the South African Companies Act, 2008 as amended, under company registration number 1981/003430/07, with its registered office located at Gate 5, Hibiscus Ave, Alrode 1451 (the Promoter).
The Promotion is offered subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below (Terms and Conditions). By entering this competition, the Entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Who can enter?
- Entry is only available to persons who are 18 years or older on validation of their identity (ID or passports).
- Employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible.
- Only entries received via WhatsApp will be accepted.
- How to Enter
- Answer the competition question: “What are the 3 uses of EASIGAS in your home?” by sending a WhatsApp to 081 412 8664. Please include your name and surname in the WhatsApp message.
- Promotion is only applicable to Entrants who list 3 uses of Easigas within the house.
- The Promotion will run from Monday, 18 September at 00:01 to Thursday, 21 September (the competition period).
- No late entries will be accepted.
- The Promotion period ends midnight 21 September 2023.
- Winners will be selected and contacted telephonically on Friday, 22 September.
- Winners who reside outside Gauteng shall be responsible for their own transportation expenses to and from the event, as well as any associated accommodation expenses.
- The Prize
Entrants will win the following prizes:

- Winners will be selected randomly from all entries received and verified by an independent adjudicator or a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
- Following the draw, the winner will be notified by using the contact details provided by the Entrant.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize on Friday, 22 September, at 12 midday, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and redirect it to the next eligible Entrant/s.
- The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or where it will be delivered.
- General
- The competition runs from 18 September to 21 September 2023.
- The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice and at any stage during the Promotion.
- The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any Entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the South African law.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Easigas (Pty) Ltd (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
- EASIGAS (Pty) Ltd collects Claimants’ and Entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. By entering this competition, the Entrant agrees to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purposes of this competition. If the information requested is not provided, the Claimant or Entrant may not be able to participate in the Promotion.
- EASIGAS (Pty) Ltd will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to Easigas (Pty) Ltd for the purposes of conducting this Promotion unless compelled or permitted by law.
- Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to the agents facilitating this Promotion.
